Description
HF House is located in a subdivision in Vilamoura, Algarve, on a plot with an area of 2590.00sqm, and 400sqm of construction. We tried to take advantage of the fantastic view and orient a house to the south, placing it on the highest part of the land. A 2-storey villa + basement with swimming pool and private garden was designed. It was designed according to the client's wishes and has 4 suites, a large kitchen with a private area for breakfast and quick lunches, a large dining and living room with double height ceilings and an office / bedroom on the ground floor. For more natural light, we proposed an interior patio in the center of the house, and on the 1st floor the master suite with a living room with double-sided fireplace for the suite's bedroom and terrace, and a small office / baby room. In the basement, a storage area, technical areas for pool equipment, solar and photovoltaic panels and a garage for 3 cars and a bathroom were designed.
