This villa is located on a street with little traffic in the north of Montechoro, it has a swimming pool for adults and another for children and a small garden. Behind the house there is a large patio with a barbecue. At the front are the pools and the lawn area, when entering through the main door we are in the hall that gives ample access to the main room (with fireplace, very spacious). The lounge also gives access to the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom on the ground floor. The spiral staircase joins the ground floor to the first floor where there is a living room with two sofas, TV, a bathroom with a jacuzzi, two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a huge suite with a bathroom and private closet, a reading room and television with sofas. ATTENTION: The villa has a two bedroom apartment in the basement, which can be rented separately, in order to extend the house to 6 bedrooms and two kitchens. The apartment is completely independent from the main house. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Central but quiet location.
