view of a new red and white vineyard, which has a 300 bottles per year, without
any expenses.
The house is currently in local
accommodation and obtained a gross income of 60,000 euros in 2023.
3. Yellow House
This house is divided into two floors, each
with six bedrooms. On the upper floor, the current owner accommodates a couple
in charge of taking care of the property and on the lower floor, it is free.
This lower floor, with excellent possibilities for remodeling, has a large
terrace, with space already planned for a swimming pool and a recovered
building that works as a laundry for the three houses.
Common to all three houses or just to the
White House, there is a maintenance-free synthetic tennis court.
It has mains water and two boreholes. It has
planted a small pine forest of stone pines, carob trees, fig trees and olive
trees. The central heating in the White House is done by solar panels for the
