New T3 in the center of Alvor and close to the beach
Alvor is one of the chosen destinations in the Algarve, for all those looking for natural beauty, culture and tranquility in a select location. In line with this interest, we created this unique project, with you in mind.
The History
The foundation of Alvor dates back to the 7th century BC. C... To the Phoenicians, who made it a great economic center and port of shelter due to its geographical position in the year 436 BC. C., the Carthaginians followed, having subsequently been occupied by the Romans and in the year 716 d. C. by the Moors, who were conquered by D. Sancho I in 1189. According to records, it was during the establishment of the Phoenicians that the first fort was built on the site. Later, during the occupation of the Moors and in the face of a context of great instability in the territory, a fortress was built, the current Castle of Alvor.
From History to the Project and its Integration
Embracing the Castle, respecting its history and integrating into it , stands our most recent OÁSIS Development - the Oásis Castelo de Alvor - Private Condominium. Designed to perpetuate the history of this picturesque and charismatic fishing village, with unique architecture in style and presence, ahead of its time but with eyes on the past, we developed a project in full harmony with the houses, with the labyrinthine and narrow streets of Alvor, greeting its people and saying good morning to the Ria and the Sea right next door.
The location
Due to its location in the center, at the highest point of the town and close to the beaches, the Development enjoys 360º views. As it is located in the small area of Classified Heritage, a thorough archaeological study of the land was required, with the respective discoveries deposited in the Portimão Museum and out of respect for the Castle wall, we restored it.
The Apartments and views
With views divided between the Sea, the Ria, the Mountains, the Village and some overlooking the Castle, the Apartments, simple and discreet, have quality equipment, facilities and finishes inside. superior, so we consider them Luxury.
