1st Option:
Make the exploration contract with a condominium and receive the income from the T0 is €2,625/year, including water, electricity and maintenance. The owner has a 20% discount on restaurants, bars and events and 15 days free accommodation in an apartment during low season and according to availability. The condominium and reserve fund amount to €42/month.
2nd Option:
Temporary operation: If you only want to operate temporarily, the hotel will pay 40% of the amount invoiced during the temporary period. You will also have to install or ask the hotel to do this for €500, the electricity meters, hot and cold water, only paying for consumption. Pay €42/month for condominium fees and reserve fund. You will also have a 20% discount in bars, restaurants and events organized by the hotel. Water and electricity and maintenance of the apartment during the rental period are free of charge.
3rd Option:
Who doesn't want to hand over for full or temporary exploitation. Those who wish not to do any exploration will have to install or ask the hotel to do so for €500, electricity meters, hot and cold water, only paying for consumption. There is a fee of €100/month for not delivering to the farm and €42/month for condominium fees and reserve fund. They will also have a 20% discount in bars, restaurants and events organized by the Hotel.
