Week 17 is guaranteed, but there is the possibility of changing the week for free,
subject to availability, for any other week within the periods from January to May (starting in May and ending in June) or from October to December.
The use of the week, 17 or exchange, is possible at Dom Pedro Portobelo and also at Dom Pedro Lagos (to be confirmed).
If the sale takes place during the year 2024, the buyer will be able to take advantage of week 52, from December 28,2024 to January 4,2025, still referring to the week of 2024 (already scheduled) and will be able to use the week of 2025 the following week and so use 14 nights in a row.
The sale value is €10,300, considering the possibility of still using the week for the year 2024 without having to pay the maintenance fee for that year.
LOCATION
Dom Pedro Portobelo offers a privileged location in the heart of Vilamoura, opposite the Casino and just a stone's throw from the International Yacht Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. Vilamoura beach, just 50 meters from the hotel, offers a restaurant and sun lounger area, exclusively dedicated to Dom Pedro guests. Faro International Airport is 25 km (16 miles) away. For golf enthusiasts, there is a Golf-Desk to reserve green fees, with special rates and conditions for guests, as well as a free shuttle bus to Vilamoura's five golf courses.

The Dom Pedro Fórum is one of the largest conference centers in Vilamoura, next to the Hotel Dom Pedro Vilamoura, with 11 rooms capable of hosting events for up to 450 people in theater. It also has 4 meeting rooms at Dom Pedro Vilamoura and 10 at Dom Pedro Marina.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE PROJECT
By plane: nearest airport: Faro 25kms.
By road: from the airport, follow the signs towards Portimão, until you reach the EN125 national road. Head towards Portimão. Around 17kms later, turn left at the traffic lights towards Vilamoura. Once in Vilamoura, go straight to the center of the Marina. Dom Pedro Portobelo is right in front of the Vilamoura Casino.
